About

The project

The purpose of this site is to collect in a virtual museum watches that represent the history of watchmaking, to pass on the knowledge. Anyone who wishes can contact us and ask to exhibit, they will receive the indications of the material necessary to draw up the specifications. At this stage the collection exhibited is limited to watches of technical content relating to the period 1750-1850 and mainly by French watchmakers but the exhibition space is open to other eras or origins. The specifications of each individual piece will be drawn up by the Time museum and will therefore remain our property. This is not a commercial site so it is not aimed at selling watches. For any further requests contact us.
